Leadership:

In 1991, Jody Campbell and Brad Humphreys were recruited by the organization to manage, expand and professionalize the business. Today, Mr. Campbell and Mr. Humphreys own and operate MetroPro.

Jody CampbellMetroPro Chief Executive Officer Mr. Jody Campbell, a graduate of Stanford University, spent ten years honing his business skills as a Director of Marketing for one of the country’s largest private commercial real estate development firms.

Mr. Campbell has served on a number of boards and committees including the United States Olympic Committee Athletes Advisory Council, Newport Harbor Baseball Association, Orange County Youth Sports Foundation, City of Long Beach Fiscal Task Force, City of Costa Mesa Redevelopment and Residential Rehabilitation Committee and United States Water Polo, Inc. to name a few.

As a leader in the business community, Mr. Campbell is involved in the various cities where MetroPro operates. He also is engaged as a motivational speaker at various youth oriented and corporate events. A three-time Olympian and two-time silver medalist, Mr.Campbell is a proud father of his five children.


Brad HumphreysMetroPro President Mr. Brad Humphreys, like his partner, is also a Stanford alum. He capitalized on his economics degree from Stanford by accepting a position upon graduation as a commercial
loan officer at Union Bank.

A former college and professional football player, Mr. Humphreys is involved as a mentor, coach, board member and administrator for various youth groups such as Boys and Girls Club, Little League, AYSO, Junior All American Football and Indian Guides/Princesses. He is married and a devoted family man with four children.

Utilizing the drive and discipline both men cultivated as elite athletes, during their tenure they’ve piloted MetroPro to three additional locations, a state-of-the-art corporate impound facility and extensive new employee benefit programs. They accomplished all of this while simultaneously quadrupling MetroPro’s annual revenues.
