Jean Noutary, General Manager
Ms. Noutary was born, raised and educated in Orange County. Hailing from a family of tow owners and operators, she learned the business as an owner/operator. As a result, she has accumulated more than 30 years of experience in towing administration. As MetroPro’s General Manager, Ms. Noutary provides the company with unparalleled knowledge relative to our competitors in administration, customer service and employee interaction. MetroPro is extremely fortunate to have Ms. Noutary as the supervisor of all company day-to-day activities.
Candice Madrid, Dispatch Manager
Ms. Madrid has spent nearly a decade in the towing industry as a dispatcher, administrator and customer service representative. Currently, she supervises MetroPro’s central dispatch and customer service personnel located at the corporate headquarters. She possesses an intimate knowledge of both customer service and efficient dispatch procedures acquired through her many years of experience.
Michael Kirkland, Manager
Mr. Kirkland has over 25 years of towing experience as a driver, heavy-duty operator and manager. Currently he oversees the drivers, equipment maintenance, heavy-duty operations and customer service areas.
Mr. Kirkland’s technical experience is unmatched in the marketplace. His depth of knowledge in towing and recovery work provides a solid foundation for the training and continuing education of MetroPro’s drivers.
